What's happenin' everyone! So, just working away on some of my novels and I gotta say it's fun. The only downside is that now I can see bad writing vs good writing in almost everything ha ha. So sometimes I can't enjoy so many things now that I normally could. I must confess I feel as if I'm going through a mid-life crisis right now ha ha. It's like everything I wouldn't dare to do in my twenties is hitting me hard in my thirties. All of the things I was afraid to do I'm trying. It's been frustrating, because of all the mistakes I've made, especially with finances, but also fun because I've begun to embrace a very critical part of me that was so suppressed. All in all life keeps moving on, working on my attitude mostly and just focusing on the good in my life. What's happenin'?
What's happenin' everyone?! So nothing too much going on, just working on another round of self edits for my Viking Hunter, name still pending, of course. while waiting for my beta's to finish another one to get that published. Other than that, life is still going on and not much has changed aside from just trying to write as often as I can. It's fun. I really enjoy re-reading my stories because I'm never quite sure how goof they'll be and I feel like they're very subpar sometime, yet whenever I re-read them, I'm always shocked by how good of a story that are. What's happenin' everyone! So, getting some more BETA readers for my next big book push, hopefully I can have it done by the date. Honestly though, I don't know, it's august and my goal is the end of October. I just put it off a bit too long. I've entered into a fun little competition called writing battle and it'll be my second time entering. I made it halfway through the competition so I'm hopeful to make a bit farther this time. Writing's fun and I've seen a surge of people that I know who are trying to be book narrators, so that's interesting. Anyway things are good, thanks for the read. Forrest Jones
