Hey everyone! What's happenin'? So, this has been an exciting month! I got some sick business cards, book marks, magnets for my first ever book signing! I also printed off a sleek, bigger version of my map. I'm very nervous, but also very excited. June 13 is the big day. Also, Book two is currently in the works, which was unexpected, so that's cool. Also, I usually don't read romance because most of it's questionable, but I saw the series and absolutely loved it. With all the smut and word porn out there, that I know many people are sick of, I wanted to put a shout out to A Discovery of Witches. It is exciting for all the action of a supernatural monster book, but also a completely healthy and normal story on relationships, especially forbidden ones.
There's so much in there that I think any person, especially if you DON'T like romance, that will be very enjoyable. And if you do like fantasy or.... something that tries to be like it.... then you might like to see a healthy relationship forming naturally and healthily. It's respectful, funny, dangerous and really offers a lot of things for anyone. So, if you're looking for something a little more low-key and that's not smut. Try it, Jennifer Harkins is the author I believe. Very good book. Oh, also for those of you who haven't jumped on the litrpg wagon, He Who Fights with Monsters is a great book to start as well. What's Happenin'? Hey all! I just wanted to update you on all things me. HA Ha. I have Origins on ingramsparks, which mean my book can be purchased anywhere and... hopefully, finally I can start doing some book signings and getting my name out there. I'm committing to being more active on instagram, or at least trying to figure it out. Being self-published certainly has its drawbacks, there's lot of learning. But, now it'll be that much easier next time.
My audiobook is still getting worked on and I may have another one hopefully in the works here soon too, once I jump through some hoops and all. Life is looking up, and I'm looking forward to where things are going. Thanks all for reading!

Hey all! What's happenin'? So, finally took care of my books and got it all organized. Everything is rockin and rollin. It feels amazing! I even updated The Lost Prince which is cool. BTW, it's gonna be an audiobooks, which is super exciting! I am working on another book currently on the third round of self edits. Not too sure about the ending, so now I have to create a new one, so that'll be fun. I'm loving it. Also, I'm working on getting Origins into barnes and noble, which is super possible. What's happenin' everyone?! Forrest here. So, it's been a minute since I wrote. Good news! My book Origins: The Beginning is officially published and available for both book and kindle.

Also, The Lost Prince is in the works to become an audiobook! I never thought that that book would be good enough to be one. it probably won't be out for a few more months though. I'm working on the next round of self edits for another book of mine :) which is always exciting. This series is different as well and it's gonna be the biggest I've written with 6 books! Hey Everyone! What's happenin'? I know it's been way too long since I last posted anything. I'm sorry about that. Good news Friday the 13th in Feb, my next book will be available to order :) Its one I'm very excited about. The cover is sitll in the works, but I'm PUMPED to get it out for everyone. It's been in the works for a while, but it was more of a fun project than an actual novel. However, I guess it was way too good ha ha. So yeah, Origins: The Beginning comes out Feb. 13th, 2026 on kindle and soon on my book.by page as well. I'm very proud of this one and I think I'm gonna market it much more serious. What's happenin' everyone? So my next book is almost done! Which is very exciting. Also, I hope everyone had a good thanksgiving and Merry Christmas to all as well! I also finished editing another story, this was just a self edit, but it was amazing how many mistakes I saw. I changed some things in the end fight scene and even changed the ending up a bit, I'm honestly not sure if I even like it yet, but things can change, it could be a bit more satisfying. What's happenin' everyone? I know its been a while since I wrote, I'm just very busy with publishing my next book. I'm really pushing myself to do better on content and good stories. I have a wonderful editor whos very helpful in that area. I've also created a map for this new book in which I actually practiced to make several more maps. Its the best map I've made and it'll be exciting to see it in this next book. I'm also in this competition called "writing battle" and that's been very fun as well. I pad for several different "duels" and then when they roll around I'm sent an email that tells me what next. They can range from 250 words to 2000 words and I get three cards, one of which is a genre, that is given to me. I have to write a story with that genre and then I get two other cards with subject and places that I need to do as well. It's judged and if I win, I can win money :) Its been fun and challenging. I haven't won, but I have placed top 6 which is actually incredible because its all over the world. Anyway, be on the next look for my newest book. Origins: The Beginning. What's happenin' everyone?! It's another week and I thought I'd post another blog. Editing this next book has been INSANE! But as always, a lot of fun. I've had to add so much as well. But I do like seeing the outside perspective of someone else who knows how to make a great final book! Also, I really suck at map making, despite how fun it is! I'm having to really think about how this world is supposed to work and.... it's difficult to actually map it out. I'm still learning about terrain, how to properly size items, and especially make correct distances that are congruent with the book. It's a challenge to say the least, but it's also fun to see how many I can see when I'm done. Plus, fantasy readers love maps! So, it's a huge must. We are halfway through the formal first round of edits for my next book! So that's exciting. It's already like a thousand times better! Thanks for reading! Forrest Jones
